Return, exchanges and shipping policy

Returns

As our products are mostly personalised, as such we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on thewatermelonkids. Please make sure that you've carefully read description before making a purchase.

If the product is non personalised, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thewatermelonkids@outlook.com and we will advise you further. 

 

Shipping

Personalisation gifts usually take 1 to 3 business days to send to our delivery partners, and delivery will usually take 2 to 5 business days. 

Please opt for courier service @ $4.50 for traceable parcel with tracking number. We will not be responsible for lost mail with Singpost normal mail. Thank you.
